The Sightron Advantage

While relatively new to the optics market, Sightron has made a name for itself in the past 14 years. Started in 1993, Sightron is now a major contributor to the world of sporting optics. The SII Series

The SII Series is, by far, the largest series offered by Sightron. This series includes an extensive line of riflescopes including the Variable Power Hunting Scopes, the Target/Competition Scopes, the Mil Dot Scopes and the Compact/Fixed Power Hunting Scopes. This large selection of scopes ensures that anyone – whether they are a competitive shooter or a hunter – will find the right scope with Sightron.

SII Features

No matter which SII riflescope you select, it will come with certain features available in all Sightron scopes. They have an ExacTrac drift free windage and elevation adjustment system. This system is supposed to offer perfect point-of-impact at or off zero adjustment. All of the SII scopes are built using a one-piece, 1” aluminum alloy main tub. They have a ZACT-7 Revcoat 7-layer multi-coating as well. All of these scopes are nitrogen charged, waterproof, shockproof and fog proof, ensuring that they can be used in any weather conditions and during any time of the day or night.

Warranty

When purchasing from Sightron, you also know that you are getting a product you can trust. They have what they call a Lifetime Replacement Warrantee. This means that they will replace any product that is defective as a result of the workmanship or materials. They won’t try to fix the original product, but will replace it with a brand new product. There is no time limit on this warrantee and it is not restricted to the original owner. This type of warranty creates peace of mind and a willingness to purchase products again from a company that stands by its products and by its word.

New Products for 2008

Any good company continues to work on its product line and to introduce more high-quality products into the market. This year, Sightron is excited to introduce a number of new products, created to meet the needs of the serious outdoorsman. They have a new Hunter Holdover Reticle which is used in several of their models and scopes categories. In addition to these and other changes, they have created an entirely new product called the SII Big Sky. This new product took over three years to perfect and includes redesigned SIISS Side Focus Models and a redesigned 30mm SII Series Side Focus Scope.
