RETURN POLICY
You may return this pair of boots within 30 days of the date on the enclosed invoice and Wellco Enterprises will replace the boots or refund 100% of the cost of the boots (but not the cost of shipping). Boots must not show any wear and should not be polished or altered in any way from their original condition. A proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip) must be included with the returned boots. Please fill out the RETURN BOOTS INFORMATION below and include this sheet with the returned boots and proof of purchase. Should you return worn boots in a cleanable condition there will be a $10.00 cleaning fee. Should the boots be in a condition that we are not able to clean and restock them, they will be returned at your expense. The best way to test the boots for fit purposes is to wear them on a clean-carpeted area. We suggest going to a mall or indoor walking track, once inside put the boots on and try them out. DO NOT WEAR OUTSIDE.
Wellco Enterprises boots are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the event you experience a problem, we will repair, replace, or make an adjustment to the original purchase price at our discretion. Normal wear or abuses are excluded. A copy of your proof of purchase must be included with the returned boots.
